How far ahead do I need to book?+
In season, two to three days is comfortable. Same-day is often possible, so send the request and we'll tell you straight away on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver everywhere on the island?+
Yes. Villas, hotels, beach clubs, yachts and boats in Ibiza and Formentera. Access that needs a boat transfer or a long walk gets quoted on the request.
What's the rental period?+
24 hours per day booked. A three-day booking means the rig is yours from delivery on day one until collection on day three.
How do I pay?+
On delivery, cash preferred and bank transfer accepted. Some sets carry a refundable security deposit that comes back once the gear is checked in.
Can I get a DJ as well?+
Ask on the booking form. We have people. Private bookings are priced on request.
What if something breaks?+
Call us. We aim to be on site fast, and gear is swapped if it's our fault. Damage from misuse, liquid or bad power is charged at repair cost, as in the rental terms.
